Flags will fly at half-staff in New Jersey to honor the life and legacy of Lt. Gov. Sheila Oliver, who died Tuesday at the age of 71. Oliver was the first Black woman to serve as speaker of the state Assembly and the first in New Jersey history to be elected to statewide office.
